Answers to frequently asked questions:
- You will receive a notice from GMGSO when the scrip orders will be placed. You will have approximately one week to place your order.
- Make Checks payable to GMGSO. Write “GC: <gymnast’s name>” in the “For” on the lower left of the check.
- Place the completed form with your check in an envelope and put it into the lockbox at the GMG front desk.
- The coordinator will place orders about three to four times a year, usually a few times in the fall, through the holidays, and once in the spring.
- Please plan to have your orders in the box one day before it is due to ensure it is picked up and included. Otherwise, it may be included in the subsequent order or returned to you.
- Orders usually arrive within one week. You will receive a notice in your gymnast’s mailbox or through email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up from Lori Beene, our gift card coordinator.
If you cannot find a certain store on our GMGSO Scrip Order Form, please refer to the master list of participating Scrips retailers to see if the store you are looking for participates in the Scrip program. The Master list will have the most up to date information about available retailers.
